    Abstract: An adjustable headgear assembly (10) for securing a respiratory interface device (26) to the head of a patient that includes a head-gear member (12) that fits over the crown and back portion of a human head. A pair of upper retention members (20) are provided. Each pair of upper retention members (20) extends downwardly and forwardly from the upper side portions (14). A pair of lower retention members (30) extend forwardly and upwardly from each of the side portions. Each pair of upper (20) and lower (30) retention members are structured to engage a respiratory interface device (26).

In one embodiment, the associations enable procurement-related content to be created/managed centrally by a procurement service provider and then made accessible to procurement clients serviced by the procurement service provider. In another embodiment, a rules-driven mechanism is provided for routing procurement requisitions from procurement clients to associated procurement service providers for processing.

    Abstract: Protective headgear with adjustable strap system and chin guard includes a first strap secured at its opposite ends to opposite sides of the headgear and adapted to extend downwardly therefrom to beneath the jaw of a person wearing the headgear, and a second strap secured at its opposite ends to opposite rear portions of the headgear and adapted to extend forwardly to and in front of the chin of a person wearing the headgear. The first and second straps are connected with first and second coupling members, respectively, at opposite sides of the strap system, connecting the first and second straps together where they intersect. The coupling members are fixed relative to the first strap and are slidable along the second strap, and one of the coupling members includes a quick-disconnect fitting to enable the first strap to be disconnected between its ends to enable the helmet to be quickly and easily applied to and removed from the head of a person using the headgear.

An angled balloon is carried by the distal extremity of the tubular member. The elongate tubular member has a tubular element extending through the balloon. The first lumen extends through the tubular element and is capable of receiving a guide wire so that the guide wire extends therethrough. The second lumen is in communication with the interior of the angled balloon for inflating and deflating the balloon. The balloon subtends a predetermined interior angle.
