The processor is configured to transmit a survey to a user, wherein the survey comprises a plurality of questions related to the physical or performance abilities of the user for a predetermined plurality of exercises; receive answers to the survey from the input device; determine a suggested exercise routine based on at least the answers to the survey; and transmit the suggested exercise routine to the user.
