    Abstract: A baby carrier system is described, which beneficially includes a selectively changeable waist strap. The baby carrier may generally comprise a main panel and a waist support portion at the bottom of the main panel or connected to the bottom of the main panel. The waist support portion may be generally hollow or include an opening for receiving a selectively changeable waist strap. The hollow or opening may include one or more connectors configured to mate with a connector on the selectively changeable waist strap. In use, the connectors may be attached to the selectively changeable waist strap within the hollow or opening and then the connectors may be disengaged to allow the selectively changeable waist strap to be removed and replaced by another waist strap.

    Abstract: A method for identifying T-cells that are antigen-specific for at least one neoantigen that is likely to be presented on surfaces of tumor cells of a subject. Peptide sequences of tumor neoantigens are obtained by sequencing the tumor cells of the subject. The peptide sequences are input into a machine-learned presentation model to generate presentation likelihoods for the tumor neoantigens, each presentation likelihood representing the likelihood that a neoantigen is presented by an MHC allele on the surfaces of the tumor cells of the subject. A subset of the neoantigens is selected based on the presentation likelihoods. T-cells that are antigen-specific for at least one of the neoantigens in the subset are identified. These T-cells can be expanded for use in T-cell therapy. TCRs of these identified T-cells can also be sequenced and cloned into new T-cells for use in T-cell therapy.

One method includes making a first measurement after a first ion-exchange process that forms a deep region and then performing a second measurement after a second ion-exchange process that forms a shallow region. Light-blocking features are arranged relative to the prism to produce a mode spectrum where the contrast of the mode lines for the strongly coupled low-order modes is improved at the expense of loss of resolution for measuring characteristics of the shallow region. Standard techniques for determining the compressive stress, the depth of layer or the tensile strength of the shallow region are then employed. A second measurement can be made using a near-IR wavelength to measure characteristics of the deeper, first ion-exchange process. Systems and methods of measuring ion-exchanged samples using shape control are also disclosed.
