  • Publication number: 20250366629
Abstract: A mountable bassinet is provided. The bassinet is configured to remain in an upright, usable configuration when mounted to a structure, such as a playard. However, when the bassinet is removed from the playard, the bassinet automatically changes configuration to signal to the user that the bassinet should no longer be used (for example, the bassinet should not be used to hold a child while the bassinet is on the ground). For example, this may be accomplished by providing supporting arms on the bassinet that are configured to remain locked while the bassinet is mounted on the playard, but unlock, causing the bassinet to tilt or collapse when the bassinet is removed from the playard.

  • Publication number: 20250127311
Abstract: A bassinet assembly and system including locking assemblies (e.g., locking components and/or portions) that may lock a bassinet to a child support structure such as a sleep structure (e.g., playard, pack-n-play, etc.), stroller, or the like are provided. The bassinet may include a spring-loaded lock or a clasping assembly to removably connect the bassinet to a child support structure such as a playard. The bassinet may include various base supports and the locking component may be positioned on the base support. The bassinet may additionally or alternatively be collapsible and expandable for attachment to a stroller. The collapsible bassinet may include side supports to maintain the bassinet in an expanded state.

  • Patent number: 9821831
Abstract: An accessory device (20) for a stroller has a body (42) with a central portion (44) between opposed free ends (46) of the body and has an infant car seat mount (120) carried on the body (42) near at least one of the free ends of the body (42). The accessory device (20) is configured to at least partially widthwise traverse a frame assembly of a stroller (10) when installed on the frame assembly. The accessory device (20) is selectively removable from and attachable to the frame assembly, whereby the infant car seat mount (120) is also removable from and attachable relative to the frame assembly in concert with the accessory device.

  • Publication number: 20090227559
Abstract: This invention relates to a method for administering a pharmaceutically useful anticoagulant drug to certain suitable patients and a method for identifying those patients suitable for receiving the drug. In particular, the invention surrounds the identification of an association between certain SNPs in the apoB gene and susceptibility to increased levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) following ximelagatran administration. Thus, this invention relates to methods for predicting susceptibility to elevated ALAT following ximelagatran administration and to methods for administering a pharmaceutically useful anticoagulant drug to certain suitable patients.

Abstract: This invention relates to a method for administering a pharmaceutically useful anticoagulant drug to certain suitable patients and a method for identifying those patients suitable for receiving the drug. In particular, the invention surrounds the identification of an association between certain SNPs in the MGST3 gene and susceptibility to increased levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) following ximelagatran administration.

In particular, the invention surrounds the identification of an association between HLA-DRB1*07 allele and susceptibility to increased levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) following ximelagatran administration. Thus, this invention relates to methods for predicting susceptibility to elevated ALAT following ximelagatran administration and to methods for administering a pharmaceutically useful anticoagulant drug to certain suitable patients.

  • Publication number: 20090029367
Abstract: This invention relates to a method for administering a pharmaceutically useful anticoagulant drug to certain suitable patients and a method for identifying those patients suitable for receiving the drug. In particular, the invention surrounds the identification of an association between certain SNPs in the PON1 gene and susceptibility to increased levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALAT) following ximelagatran or tacrine administration. Thus, this invention relates to methods for predicting susceptibility to elevated ALAT following ximelagatran or tacrine administration and to methods for administering a pharmaceutically useful anticoagulant drug to certain suitable patients.
