    Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for monitoring and treating a patient on route to a medical facility are disclosed. The system comprises a critical care unit; at least one patient monitoring device coupled to the critical care unit, wherein the critical care unit obtains physiological data about the patient from each patient monitoring device; at least one patient treatment device coupled to the critical care unit, wherein the critical care unit provides treatment instructions to each patient treatment device; a two way communications device coupled to the critical care unit; and a remote communications terminal in communication with the two way communications device. The critical care unit preferably sends the physiological data to the remote communications terminal and receives the treatment instructions from the remote communications terminal via the two way communications device.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for simultaneously tracking physical conditions of multiple people during an event are disclosed. The system comprises at least one vital sign data collection device, a central processing unit compiling the collected vital sign data, and software executing on the central processing unit. Wherein the software analyzes the data for each person, determines if the vital signs of each person are above a threshold, recommends rehabilitation for each person having vital signs above the threshold, determines when each person undergoing rehabilitation has been rehabilitated, recommends returning rehabilitated persons to the field, compiles an analysis of the multiple people tracked during the event, and outputs a summary of the vital sign data for the event.

    Abstract: A purse-like container includes a housing having a hollow interior, an accordion file in the container with labels to facilitate storing and retrieving shopping coupons. A top wall of the purse-like container covers the open top of the container and accordion file to stop the coupons from falling out. The top wall can be folded over toward the back of the container and fastened thereto and about the handle of a shopping cart to suspend the container in convenient position for easy access during shopping. A method of shopping includes suspending a purse-like container from the handle of a shopping cart, wherein the purse-like container has a number of coupons organized in a manner to facilitate coordinating access to the coupons with possible items for purchasing.
