Publication number: 20240139380Abstract: Viscoelastic hydrogel microparticles are used for repair of tissue defects and injuries or filling and occlusion of anatomical structures. These are administered as a microparticle suspension using a catheter, syringe, steerable catheter tip, or comparable technology into the site, where they can be further stabilized by crosslinking or sealing, or through incorporation of a support or encapsulating structure. Materials and methods for solidifying, stabilizing and sealing these materials can be used that are also biocompatible and easily deployed with catheters in the body. The micron sized interstitial spacing provides a scaffold for ingrowth and migration of cells into the gel matrices.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 4, 2023Publication date: May 2, 2024Inventors: Keegan Mendez, Ellen Roche, Connor Verheyen, Jennifer Lewis, Markus Horvath, Sophie Wang, Sebastien Uzel

Patent number: 11965045Abstract: A method of forming an etched part includes forming a substrate including a thermoset resin and etching a surface of the substrate. The thermoset resin includes a vat photopolymerization (VPP) thermoset resin and at least one of an etchable phase and etchable particles disposed within the VPP thermoset resin. The etching removes the etchable phase from the VPP thermoset resin at the surface of the substrate such that a plurality of micro-mechanical bonding sites are formed on an etched surface of the substrate.Type: GrantFiled: May 18, 2023Date of Patent: April 23, 2024Assignee: Ford Global Technologies, LLCInventors: Xiaojiang Wang, Shannon Christine Bollin, Robert D. Bedard, Matthew Cassoli, Ellen Cheng-Chi Lee

Publication number: 20230381112Abstract: An amphiphilic block copolymer having any one of the formulas D-S—H, S(D)-H, S—H(D), D-S—H—S, D-S—H—S-D, S(D)-H—S, S(D)-H—S(D) or S—H(D)-S is disclosed. S is a hydrophilic block; H is a hydrophobic block; D is a drug molecule; ( ) denotes that the group is bonded directly or indirectly as a side chain or as part of a side chain group to the adjacent group; and the hyphen, “-” (or sometimes “-”), denotes that each of the adjacent S, H or D are linked either directly to one another or indirectly to one another via a linker, additionally wherein the hydrophilic block comprises a first hydrophilic monomer and the hydrophobic block comprises a first hydrophobic monomer and a second hydrophobic monomer.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 21, 2021Publication date: November 30, 2023Applicants: Vaccitech North America, Inc., Institute of Macromolecular ChemistryInventors: Geoffrey Martin Lynn, David Robert Wilson, Ellen Wang, Kyle James Fergie, Lucie Woldrichová, Ladislav Androvic, Richard Laga

Patent number: 11682390Abstract: Method, systems, and apparatus, including computer-readable media, for an interactive interface for analytics. In some implementations, the data is accessed identifying an information card configured to present data objects of a data set. User input data is received indicating user input to enable voice response interaction for the information card or the data set. A voice response application is generated based on the information card, the voice response application being configured to provide responses to voice queries using values for data objects. The voice response application is deployed to enable one or more users to use the voice response application to initiate voice interactions involving the data objects.Type: GrantFiled: February 6, 2020Date of Patent: June 20, 2023Assignee: MicroStrategy IncorporatedInventors: Charlie Temkin, Christophe Touret, Ellen Wang, Feng Ding, Jose Nocedal

Patent number: 11212363Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for implementing a dossier interface and distributing the dossier are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes the actions of receiving data identifying one or more documents to include in a dossier. The actions further include receiving a request to share the dossier with a first user. The actions further include providing a link to the dossier. The actions further include receiving a request to modify the dossier. The actions further include storing data that indicates the modification and maintaining the data identifying the one or more documents that represent the dossier. The actions further include receiving, from the first user, a request to share the dossier with a second user. The actions further include providing, to the second user, a link that identifies the dossier and the data that indicates the modification.Type: GrantFiled: February 8, 2017Date of Patent: December 28, 2021Assignee: MicroStrategy IncorporatedInventors: Erin Kate Carlson, Luis A. Patent number: 11126665Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for maintaining dashboard state are disclosed. In one aspect, a method includes the actions of accessing data identifying modifications that the user has previously applied to the dashboard. The actions further include applying, to the dashboard, the modifications that the user has previously applied to the dashboard. The actions further include providing, to the client device, the modified dashboard. The actions further include receiving, from the client device, additional modifications applied by the user to the modified dashboard. The actions further include updating the modifications that the user previously applied to the dashboard without updating the dashboard by adding data identifying the additional modifications to the data identifying the modifications.Type: GrantFiled: April 18, 2018Date of Patent: September 21, 2021Assignee: MicroStrategy IncorporatedInventors: Chris McNabney, Shrimohan Damani, Ellen Wang, Aaditya Narvekar
