Abstract: The present invention relates to a modular personal growing system (PGS). The components of a PGS are designed to work in unison to grow plants hydroponically from seed to maturity. A PGS can be scaled and configured into a desired interior or exterior space requirement for residential or commercial use. The individual components of a PGS may include a stand, a trellis, a vessel, a luminaire and an enclosure.

Abstract: An oral-hydration system may include a dispenser, and a port carried by the dispenser and the port enables a fluid under positive-pressure to be dispersed within the patient's mouth from the dispenser. The system may also include a positioner that positions the dispenser adjacent a premolar, adjoining a cheek, and away from an incisor.

Abstract: Apparatus and methods are provided for use with a Shabbat-elevator inside a building, including an elevator transmitter configured to be placed in a vicinity of the elevator and to transmit a signal. At least one repeater is placed on a given floor of the building, the repeater including a receiver that is configured to receive the signal from the transmitter, when the elevator is at the given floor. A control unit is configured, in response to the signal, to determine a time interval until the elevator is predicted to next be at the given floor. A display unit displays an indication of when the elevator is predicted to next be at the given floor, based upon the determined time interval. Other applications are also described.

Abstract: A method for developing a comprehensive and integrated corporate marketing program to increase new customer acquisition and customer loyalty for consumer services corporations is disclosed. The method involves an integrated set of marketing, database and communication steps. The marketing portion of the process involves researching the given marketplace, creating branding tools, and developing loyalty-based products and programs in support of the marketing. The database portion of the process includes creation of a new database, populating the database with data from a variety of sources, and using the data in the new database to deliver the products and programs. The communication process steps include researching existing and potential communication channels, developing and selecting appropriate channels for the delivery of the products and programs, creating promotional and informational materials, and acquiring third party media to deliver the products and programs.
