The composite sheet assembly may include a first sheet, with a slit system including a plurality of slits in the first sheet, that is configured to retain fishing hooks. The composite sheet assembly may further include a notched edge including a first set of one or more notches to receive portions of rig lines when the rig lines are wrapped around the composite sheet assembly.
