    Abstract: Systems and methods allow users to query a software-application-based knowledge base to retrieve information. The user creates queries and the specified information is returned through a user interface. In alternative embodiments, the system is able to create follow-up queries independent from or directed by the user. Such embodiments may also provide critical information related to the original query. The knowledge base contains information about the application and is able to provide the appropriate answer to user queries through machine-learning-based tools, such as large language models (LLMs) or other natural language processing (NLP) based techniques.
