    Abstract: The present invention is a germicidal solution for sanitizing the human epidermis without irritation. The solution is a homogenous blend of glycerol, sodium hypochlorite, inert ingredients, soft water, scented oil, and isopropyl alchol, having a pH of 9.8 to about 10.1. The solution may be applied to a towelette and sealed in a hermetically sealed pouch for later use.
