  • Publication number: 20180338120
Abstract: A plurality of events may be captured by a set of audio/video (A/V) recording and communication devices. First video data of a first event and second video data of a second event may be received. The first video data and the second video data may be analyzed to determine characteristics associated with the first video data and the second video data. The first event and the second event may be prioritized based on the characteristics determined from the analysis of the first video data and the second video data to create an ordered list. The ordered list may include a first list entry that corresponds to the first event and a second list entry that corresponds to the second event. The ordered list may then be transmitted to a client device for display on a display of the client device.

  • Publication number: 20180286201
Abstract: An audio/video (A/V) recording and communication device includes a camera. A method sets a first operational mode for the A/V device. The method determines whether a registered user of the A/V device is within a predetermined proximity of the A/V device. Upon determining that the registered user of the A/V device is not within the predetermined proximity of the A/V device, the method sets a second operational mode for the A/V device.
