Abstract: Sulfur-containing oxime compounds of the formula I given herein are suitable for protecting cultivated plants against the phytotoxic action of aggressive agricultural chemicals, particularly herbicides. There are described methods for producing sulfur-containing oxime compounds of this type, and examples are given illustrating the application of these compounds.

Abstract: Phytobactericidal compositions which contain, as active ingredient, a compound of the formula I, or one of the salts thereof, ##STR1## wherein X represents hydrogen, fluorine or chlorine, and R represents a lower alkyl group, are suitable for combating Erwinia spp., particularly E. amylovora (fireblight on fruit trees) and E. carotovora (soft rot on potatoes and vegetables).

Abstract: An improved process for the preparation of 2-tert.-butyl-2-[1-phenoxy-1-(1H-azol-1-yl)]-methyl-ketales is disclosed, which process comprises reacting a 2-tert.-butyl-2-[1-phenoxy-1-halo]-methyl-ketale with a quaternary ammonium or phosphonium salt of an azole. The azoles used are 1H-1,2,4-triazole or 1H-imidazole.

Abstract: Amidino-phosphoric acid thiol esters hereinafter defined in formula I are useful as active ingredients in pesticidal compositions containing them. They are useful for combating insects, Acarina, ectoparasites and particularly nematodes.
