  • Publication number: 20240115099
Abstract: A cleaning implement including a foot, a motor, and an eccentric mass. The foot has a foot plate and an oscillation plate movably coupled to the foot plate. The motor is coupled to at least one of the foot plate and the oscillation plate. The motor rotates about a motor axis extending at a non-perpendicular transverse angle relative to the surface. The eccentric mass is coupled to the motor to generate an oscillating force between the foot plate and the oscillation plate upon operation of the motor. The oscillating force has a planar component parallel to the oscillation plate and a perpendicular component perpendicular to the oscillation plate.

  • Publication number: 20240051084
Abstract: A tool includes a housing, a motor within the housing, a gear box operably coupled to the motor, the gear box including an input shaft that rotates about an input drive axis and an output shaft that rotates about an output drive axis, wherein the output drive axis is aligned with the input drive axis along a drive plane and offset from the input drive axis within the drive plane

  • Publication number: 20190292848
Abstract: A motor module is configured to convert a manually-operable window covering assembly to a motorized window covering assembly. In one embodiment, the motor module includes output shaft that engage with couplers of the window covering assembly that receive a spring module when the assembly is in a manually-operated state. The couplers are displaceable such that the spring module and motor module may be either removed and inserted into the assembly. The motor module is made sufficiently compact to fit in the header by arranging a motor, battery, circuit board, and internal gearing system to efficiently use the space in the motor module. In another embodiment, a motorized converter module is configured to be installed on a manually-operated window covering assembly to convert the window covering assembly from a manually-operated state to a motorized stated without removing any components of the window covering assembly.

  • Patent number: 7207393
Abstract: A shaft comprises an input portion and a tang. The tang has a first section, a second section, and a radial bore. The second section is disposed between the first section and the input portion along an axis. A radial cross section of the first section is less than a radial cross section of the second section. The radial bore is disposed on the first section.

  • Patent number: 6726414
Abstract: A fixed base router is provided comprising a base having a central bore. The router includes an adjusting ring rotatably affixed to a base upper end, being coaxial with the central bore, and having a series of gear teeth formed thereto defining a ring gear. A motor housing, including a motor for imparting rotational motion to a tool holder, is threadably engaged with the adjusting ring. A pinion gear, journaled for rotation relative to the base, is engaged with the ring gear, and is coupled for rotation with a dial extending from the base. The base is adapted to prevent rotation of the motor housing relative thereto, such that rotation of the adjusting ring axially translates the motor housing relative to the base. The router includes a scale and indicator for indicating fine adjustment of the motor housing relative to the base.
