Abstract: A separation structure (1) for isolating a delimited space (B) from the external environment (A), in particular a space (B) defined by an apparatus operating in the pharmaceutical material processing sector, comprises suitably assembled separator means (2, 3, 4) of the panel type or the like and seal means (G) inserted between the separator means (2, 3, 4); the seal means (G) being of the fluid dynamic expansion type and formed by at least two separately expanding tubular ducts (6, 8; 1:3, 14; 5, 5?); in each of the two tubular ducts (6, 8; 13, 14; 5, 5?) the supply of a pressurised or, if selected, negative pressure fluid being designed to be activated to cause the duct (6, 8; 13, 14; 5, 5?) to expand or contract.

Abstract: A system (1) for the treatment of powdered material, in particular pharmaceutical powders, comprising, with the possibility of suitable connection between them using pipe means (4), at least a first operating unit (2) designed for mixing the powdered material with other substances to obtain a predetermined mixture, and at least a second operating unit (3) designed for subjecting the mixture to a fluid bed type treatment. The first unit (2) is supported in such a way that it is mobile relative to the second unit (3); there being means (8, 7, 13) for supporting and moving the first unit (2), for moving the first unit (2) alternatively in a predetermined direction (F) relative to the second unit (3), between a first and a second operating position (A, B).

Abstract: A unit (6) for checking the dosing of pharmaceutical material (M) in a capsule filling machine (1) for the production of capsules (CF) of the type with a capsule lid (C) and a capsule body (F), the machine (1) comprising a fixed structure (15) fitted with a rotary drum (2) for supporting a plurality of capsules (CF) on its edge, opening each capsule (CF) by separating the capsule lid (C) from the capsule body (F), filling the capsule body (F) with a dose of material (M), then closing the capsule body (F) again with the relative capsule lid (C); the rotary drum (2) having a tank (5) containing the pharmaceutical material (M) and supporting a plurality of doser elements (3), each comprising at least one piston (8) sliding inside a hollow cylinder (4) to pick up and compress a dose (DS) of material (M) from the tank (5) and discharge it into a capsule body (F) of a capsule (CF).

Abstract: A tablet press machine (10) of the rotary turret type for the production of pharmaceutical tablets (C) comprises: hopper means (1) for containing pharmaceutical material in powder or granular form to be pressed; rotary disc means (11) equipped with matrices (2) designed to contain defined quantities or doses of the pharmaceutical material fed to them by the hopper means (1); reciprocating punch means for compressing the doses inside the matrices (2). The machine (10) has two tablet (C) outfeed stations (Z1,12;Z2,13) located on the disc mean (11) at a defined angular distance from each other.
