Publication number: 20220357059Abstract: Extremely lightweight device which hangs from the ceiling by 1 point (2 screws), used for absorbing/pulling in air, smoke and vapors and gets it out to the ceiling duct or window. Made of 2 extensible sticks, having 1 point of support and 2 points of pushing on the ceiling. The hood (tip of the device) can be rotated/moved in the room 360 degrees, basically anywhere needed for the air extraction.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 4, 2021Publication date: November 10, 2022Inventor: Emanuel Serban, SR.

Publication number: 20210137158Abstract: An air-filter device based on water/oil which doesn't lose liquid in any position, used for smoking herbal products. Works as any classic bong when in vertical position and in horizontal position the mechanism it's activated manually and filtration of smoke merges thru circle of water/oil created by centrifugal force by the inner piece, an empty holed at poles sphere. Moves by magnetic force and has no electronic components. Small dimension filter based on metal wool comes on the main device to prevent tar and high temperature coming from the smoke. Additional, has an attachable flexible bong bowl which holds unrolled herbs and comes attached on the small dimension filter, option for raw herb consumers. Materials used are transparent plastic, rubber, metal and magnets.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 9, 2020Publication date: May 13, 2021Inventor: Emanuel Serban, SR.

Patent number: 8159178Abstract: A control strategy for distributed power generation modules in a power system that varies the line frequency or voltage according to a predetermined pattern to cause a PV inverter to modify its power output and thereby avoid overcharging a battery. When the power system operates in islanded mode, the AC load demand can be lower than the available energy from the PV array, causing the battery to become overcharged. To avoid this scenario, a hybrid inverter executes a pattern generator algorithm that varies the line frequency or voltage linearly, exponentially or any mathematical function or look-up tables. The PV inverter executes a pattern detection algorithm that detects the linear, exponential, or any mathematical function or look-up table change in the line frequency. In response, the PV inverter modifies its power output until an overcharging condition of the battery is removed. The line frequency/voltage can be varied within the anti-islanding limits.Type: GrantFiled: August 21, 2009Date of Patent: April 17, 2012Assignee: Xantrex Technology Inc.Inventor: Emanuel Serban
