A control part 130 monitors the status of each of the monitoring-targeted objects based on the monitoring method set by a user for each of the monitoring-targeted objects, and outputs an alert in a case where a failure has been detected. A monitoring status is linked between monitoring-targeted objects that are associated to one another.
