    Abstract: A solid non-foaming dispersing composition of (1) hydrophobic silica; (2) block copolymer of polyoxyethylene and polyoxypropylene wherein the chain is terminated, at both ends, by polyoxypropylene; and (3) an organic spreading liquid. A surfactant may also be employed. A tablet form of the composition is described.
