    Abstract: A tree-lifter mechanism operable by two people standing at opposite ends of the mechanism. Two elongated handles are pivotably connected to the ends of a horizontal support frame that is adapted to span an upright tree. Saddles on the inner ends of the handles exert clamp forces on the tree surfaces when lifting forces are exerted on the outer ends of the elongated handles.
