Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for health management. The system can calculate a health risk of a subject based on health data and family health history. The system can calculate an age that corresponds to a subject's state of health based on health data. The system can provide a pictorial representation of the family health history of a subject. Based on the calculated age and health risks, the system can provide health recommendations customized for the subject.

For example, at least one layer containing a pharmaceutically active composition can be manipulated (e.g., folded, rolled, stacked, etc.) such that the average thickness of the product formed by the manipulation is at least about two times the average thickness of the portions of the layer(s) used to form the product.
