  • Patent number: 11863937
Abstract: The disclosure relates to a hearing system including a first hearing device configured to be worn at a first ear of a user and a second hearing device configured to be worn at a second ear of the user. The first hearing device includes a first physiological sensor configured to provide sensor data indicative of a physiological property of the user and the second hearing device includes a second physiological sensor configured to provide sensor data indicative of the same physiological property as the sensor data provided by the first physiological sensor. A processing unit may be configured to control the first and second physiological sensor to alternatingly provide the sensor data in subsequent time intervals.

  • Publication number: 20230110170
Abstract: An exemplary hearing device may comprise a housing configured to be worn at an ear of a user and an absorbing member positioned on the housing and configured to absorb a biofluid secreted by outer ear tissue of the user while the housing is worn by the user. The hearing device may further comprise an electrode assembly positioned with respect to the absorbing member such that the electrode assembly is in fluidic contact with the biofluid when the biofluid is absorbed by the absorbing member.
