  • Publication number: 20170267508
Abstract: The works machine (10) includes safety devices (30), able to switch the machine (10) from a normal operating state to a safety shutdown state, a unit (32) for neutralizing this safety shutdown state, including an activation element able to switch the machine (10) from the safety shutdown state to a forced operation state, and an auxiliary unit controlling the machine (10) able to command the machine (10) in the forced operation state when they are actuated. The neutralizing unit (32) include a computer device (34) including: the activation element, a memory device (50), and a unit (52) for recording, in the memory device (50), information according to which the activation element has been actuated.

  • Patent number: 7504601
Abstract: A release control sensor module for an openable member of a vehicle, such as a vehicle window, includes a first sensor and a second sensor. The first sensor is a displacement sensor that controls the closure of an electric circuit, such as a changeover switch or a reed switch. The second sensor is powered by the electric circuit. The first sensor controls the activation of the electronic circuit. If the first sensor is not actuated, the sensor module is electrically isolated and does not consume any power. If the first sensor is actuated, the second sensor is powered and can be used to detect movement of a moving part of the control, such as a pull handle or an opening lever.

  • Patent number: 7073841
Abstract: A vehicle door includes a door edge, a cable harness that powers electrical components, such as a window regulator inside the door, and runs along the door edge, and a seal or molding that masks the cable harness along the door edge. During assembly, a sub-assembly including a window glass carrier and a window regulator is introduced inside a door hollow box section through an opening. The cable harness can then be introduced into the hollow box section through the opening without forming a supplementary opening through the door edge and require the operator to work blindly. The cable harness runs and connects to the electrical components of the door more simply and less expensively.

  • Patent number: 6942276
Abstract: A vehicle door includes a hollow box section, a window glass module projecting from the hollow box section, and a cable harness near the region where the window glass module exits from the hollow box section. A sub-assembly including the window glass module and a window regulator is introduced inside the hollow box section through an opening. The cable harness powers electrical components (such as a window regulator inside the door) and can then be introduced into the hollow box section through the opening without forming a supplementary opening through the door edge and require the operator to work blindly. The cable harness connects to the electrical components of the door more simply and less expensively.

  • Publication number: 20050173942
Abstract: A control system for vehicle doors and windows in a vehicle door includes a first openable member, such as a vehicle door, a second openable member, such as a window in the door, and a logic unit that commands the second openable member to open in the event the first openable member fails to open. The logic unit preferably commands a window regulator to actuate if the door fails to open. The vehicle door can be fitted with the system. A method includes the step of commanding the second openable member to open with the logic unit in the event the first openable member fails to open.

  • Publication number: 20050151635
Abstract: An opening control for a vehicle door or the like includes a handle movable in two directions, a first sensor operated by moving the handle in one direction, and a second sensor operated by moving the handle in the other direction. The sensors output a door opening signal to release a lock and open the vehicle door when the handle is moved in either of the two directions. The opening control can be operated in one direction, for example, by pulling the handle with a hand but also can be operated in a further direction, for example, by pushing against the handle with the body if the user's hands are not free. This avoids the need for the user to have a hand free when opening the vehicle door.

  • Publication number: 20040090122
Abstract: A vehicle door controller connected to various door components and to a bus is programmed to reassign at least one vehicle occupant-operable regulator to actuate a latch mechanism motor if a fault is detected in the bus. The regulator and door controller may be used to perform security locking even when the bus is unable to carry signals to the latch mechanism.
