  • Patent number: 10756898
Abstract: Examples of the present disclosure describe systems and methods relating to content delivery verification. In an example, a root authority is used to provide aspects of content delivery verification. The root authority receives supplemental content from a content source, which it uses to generate secured content. The content source provides the secured content to a publisher (e.g., directly or indirectly, e.g., via a content marketplace). In examples, the root authority evaluates at least a part of the secured content and/or information associated with the publisher to determine whether the unsecured content should be displayed by the publisher on a client device. In other examples, the client device may perform verification aspects. If it is determined that the content should be displayed, the unsecured content may be provided for display. If, however, it is determined that the content should not be displayed, alternate content may instead be provided.

  • Patent number: 8737273
Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamically configuring and optimizing a multimedia conference session. An exemplary method of the invention may include providing a plurality of services to be used in the multimedia conference session, wherein each of the plurality of services may be hosted by and independently executable through at least one service endpoint in a communications network. Further, a plurality of users may be enabled to participate in the multimedia conference session. In particular, each user may participate in the conference session through a respective user endpoint in the communications network, where the respective user endpoint may be hosted by and independently executable through at least one service endpoint. Each service endpoint is configurable as an authentication service and a presence service such that the at least one service endpoint is operable to authenticate and publish a presence of each user endpoint.

  • Publication number: 20120323702
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for selecting content for display in an electronic document. In one embodiment, a first machine generates instructions tailored for execution on a second machine and transmits the instructions to the second machine over a network. The generated instructions cause the second machine to select, for display in the electronic document, a particular content item from a list of potential content items specified in the instructions.
