  • Patent number: 10724226
Abstract: Mortise lock with an operating mechanism with a pinion that is turnable around a geometric axis and a rack engaging therewith that is movable along a direction perpendicular to the aforementioned geometric axis, whereby the pinion is provided with a double toothing with two sets of teeth that are separated by a geometric dividing plane that extends perpendicularly to the axial direction of the pinion, wherein the teeth of each set of teeth of the pinion form an oblique toothing, whereby the faces of these teeth are oblique with respect to the axial direction and these faces include an angle to one another that is such that the width of the teeth of each of the two sets of teeth either decreases or increases in the direction of the dividing plane.

  • Patent number: 10208519
Abstract: A concealed hinge for a turn-tilt window with a fixed frame and leaf includes of a pair of scissors with a first arm and second arm, that are connected by a central hinge and which are hingeably connected by a first end to a mounting slat that is intended to be mounted on the frame, and have a hinge at a second end for coupling to the leaf. The first arm is connected by its first end to the mounting slat with a fixed frame hinge with a peg fastened to the mounting slat and the second arm is connected by its first end to the mounting slat by a shiftable frame hinge with a peg that is shiftably affixed in a guide slot of the mounting slat, whereby in the closed situation of the scissors, the mounting slat serves as a support for the tilting movement of these scissors.

  • Patent number: 10184281
Abstract: A concealed hinge for a turn-tilt window with a fixed frame and a leaf is provided with a scissor mechanism with a main arm having at a first end a hinge for fastening the concealed hinge to the top of the leaf, and is hingeably connected at a second end to a scissor hinge that is intended for the connection to the frame. The scissor hinge is composed of two scissor arms that are hingeable with respect to one another in such a way that the concealed hinge can be folded up. The main arm and the scissor arms extend above one another and parallel to one another in a horizontal direction. In the folded-up situation of the concealed hinge, when viewed vertically the main arm, with a section at the second end, is located above at least one of the scissor arms of the scissor hinge.

  • Publication number: 20180313112
Abstract: Disclosed is a striker for a window or door with a locking system with a striker and locking cam to lock it, which striker is intended to be able to make contact with a contact zone by way of the locking cam. The striker is composed of a foot and a head, whereby the foot in a mounted condition of the striker fits in several different positions between the flanks of the fitting groove, whereby the different positions differ from each other by a rotation of the striker around a geometric axis through a centre point of the foot, and whereby the head possesses at least two different the contact zones the distance of which is different to the geometric axis through the centre point of the foot and/or the thickness is different.
