    Abstract: A method and apparatus for die forming metal sheets and extrusions 20 which utilizes recycleable die blocks 16. The die blocks are cast in an adjustable mold box 12. A pivotable dam member 14 is used to set angles on a surface 16a of the cast die blocks. Adjusting the pivotable dam 14 permits the casting of a variety of die blocks for introducing a variety of angled joggles in the metal sheets and extrusions. Relatively low melting temperature material is used for the castings.
