One end of the earhanger unit includes a first inclined surface portion extending obliquely in a preset rotational direction. The movable connection sleeve has a second inclined surface portion cooperatively connected with the first inclined surface portion. The movable connection sleeve is connected with an elastic member for driving the movable connection sleeve in a direction close to the earhanger unit. The external force rotates the earhanger unit in the preset rotating direction to adjust the wearing angle.
