  • Publication number: 20230144642
Abstract: A housing unit for a hydraulic valve with an actuating device includes a first housing part with an internal thread and a second housing part with an external thread. A valve piston is disposed in the first housing part and an actuating element of the actuating device is disposed in the second housing part. The actuating element is operatively connected to the valve piston in the axial direction. The second housing part is only partially screwed into the first housing part in the assembled state of the housing unit. The housing unit further includes a securing device, which prevents a relative movement between the internal thread and the external thread in the assembled state of the housing unit in such a way that an operating point of the actuating device is set.

  • Patent number: 10302205
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a hydraulic component with a valve unit for a hydraulic system, and a hydraulic system having such a hydraulic component. The valve unit of the hydraulic component has a valve block and a valve piston. The valve piston is moveably along a first bore supported in the valve block. Further, the valve unit is admittable with pressurized hydraulic fluid and is configured such that the valve piston can be moved between a closed position and an open position. The hydraulic component according to the disclosure is particularly characterized in that the first bore is configured as a through-hole through the entire valve block and the hydraulic component has a collecting unit. The collecting unit at least partially surrounds the two end openings of the first bore and is configured collect and drain hydraulic fluid leaking out of the two end openings of the bore.

  • Patent number: 9541101
Abstract: In a hydraulic drive of a tool, a piston is adapted to be acted upon by a pump via a pressure limiting seat valve and a parallel switching seat valve of a valve arrangement. A restriction is provided in a pressure line upstream of the pressure limiting seat valve which is connected to a tank on the flow-off side. A drain line leads from a working chamber of the piston via the switching seat valve to the tank. A closing side is adapted to be acted upon by pressure and an opening side is adapted to be acted upon by a force generated when the pressure limiting seat valve responds. The pump is adapted to be switched off when the maximum operating pressure has been reached, so that the piston will execute a return stroke. A pressure-increasing restriction is provided on the flow-off side of the pressure limiting seat valve.

  • Patent number: 9360028
Abstract: A hydraulic control, for example of a hydraulically operable working tool, includes a hydroconsumer that can be acted upon against a permanent force via a pressure source, and a switching valve with working power/pressure control function reacting against a spring force depending on a pressure and/or through flow volume. The switching valve connects the hydroconsumer with a tank for a return stroke of the hydroconsumer when the pressure source is switched off. The hydroconsumer can be hydraulically stopped with the return stroke via the pressure source by a pressure pulse and/or through flow volume pulse. In a hydraulically operable working tool, the hydroconsumer can be hydraulically stopped in the return stroke even before a predetermined end position is reached by switching on the pressure source.
