Abstract: A method for configuring a wireless telecommunications network adapted to operate according to at least one radio system, includes a plurality of re-configurable base radio stations, wherein each base radio station is adapted to manage one or more cells of the telecommunications network, and wherein each cell has corresponding radio resources available. The method includes: obtaining measurements of the cells load status; dynamically configuring at least one of the cells by assigning thereto determined available radio resources depending on the measurements of the cell load status.
