  • Publication number: 20230321721
Abstract: The invention relates to a three-dimensional screen printing method for producing a green part from printing material for a powder metallurgical component, wherein the printing material contains a fraction of powder, more particularly metal powder or ceramic powder, and binder or consists of these materials, characterized in that a screen printing mask has a screen printing structure having openings for pressing the printing material through, the openings being partly undulate so that the green part at least partly has a three-dimensional undulate structure and/or undulate edges.

  • Patent number: 11400515
Abstract: The production of engine parts with a complex geometrical structure. More particularly, a method for producing a complex part, comprising making available a first component, having a thermal expansion coefficient of the first component; a first joining surface; and a first bearing surface; making available a second component, having a thermal expansion coefficient of the second component; a second joining surface; a second bearing surface; and making available a jacket element, having a thermal expansion coefficient of the jacket element; and a jacket-element bearing surface; and heating the first component, the second component and the jacket element from a first temperature to a second temperature in order to carry out a joining process on the first component and the second component. Furthermore, a part, in particular for a gas turbine engine for an aircraft, and to a gas turbine engine of this kind.

  • Publication number: 20200030882
Abstract: A method for producing engine components with a complex geometric structure particularly for an aircraft engine, includes providing a first component that has a first sintered state with a first degree of compaction; providing at least one second component that has a second sintered state with a second degree of compaction; wherein the second degree of compaction is lower than the first degree of compaction; and wherein the at least one second component has an opening, into which a portion of the first component is introducible; and wherein the opening is dimensioned to close substantially completely during a sintering joining process, to form a force-fitting sintered joint with the first component; introducing the first component into the opening; and carrying out the sintering joining process.

  • Publication number: 20190015897
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to processes for the production of a creep-resistant material. One of the processes provides the following: provision of a metal powder; provision of metallic or ceramic nanoparticles; mixing of the metal powder with the nanoparticles, where during the mixing procedure the particles of the metal powder and the nanoparticles neither change their size nor change their shape; and consolidation of the mixture of metal powder and of nanoparticles to form a material with a polycrystalline metal structure, where the individual grains which have resulted from the consolidation and which are part of the polycrystalline metal structure have been produced from the particles of the metal powder and are separated from one another by grain boundaries, and where the arrangement has the nanoparticles at the grain boundaries.
