Abstract: A process and plant for the production of precooked and gelatinized cereal-based food flours, particularly rise, corn and buckwheat flours, for use in the production of pasta and other food products. The raw untreated flour, possibly with ingredients added thereto, undergoes hydration after being mixed with a metered amount of water, in a fast mixer. Then, the hydrated flour is formed into a layer on a substrate to undergo precooking and gelatinization by steam treatment. The gelatinized flour may be dried into a half-processed flour for later processing or may be processed, after a cooling step, with other ingredients and/or water for the production of fresh or dry pasta or other food products.

Abstract: A machine for the packaging of food products of flat, wide type, in particular "lasagne", which comprises the positioning and cutting of the "lasagne" from pasta sheets on a first conveyor means provided with pairs of coupled trays, and the subsequent stacking thereof inside moving-plane storage units, before a preselected number thereof are introduced into an equipment for containing and conveying them to means for introducing them into the packaging boxes.

Abstract: This invention relates to a device for clamping flat panels against metal section uprights, particularly for lining drying chambers, for example for food pasta. The device according to the invention comprises means for hooking or hinging the panels to the upper horizontal sections of the supporting structure, and butt straps which vertically cover the joints between two adjacent panels at the uprights, each butt strap being provided with spaced projecting wedge-shaped elements which cooperate with inclined plane intake pieces projecting from the upright. Means are also provided to exert a traction downwards on the butt straps so as to lock the wedge-shaped elements in the respective intake pieces, so that the panel edges are pushed perpendicularly to the support surfaces of the uprights.
