Once reached the predetermined solidity, said temperature of the product is set as reference temperature and said reference temperature is kept constant during the subsequent functioning.

Abstract: The method for controlling an apparatus for dispensing food products envisages associating a tank (2) for containing the product to be dispensed with measuring means (10) for measuring the weight of the tank (2) itself and measuring the variations in said weight of the tank (2) with respect to a predetermined reference value. The weight variations in the product contained in the tank (2) are calculated according to said variations in the weight of the tank (2).
