The process includes the synthesis of organosilicon prepolymer compositions starting from unsaturated polyurethanes obtained in turn from unsaturated monoalcohol polyethers and diisocyanates with a controlled NCO/OH ratio, to which chlorosilanes are added in the presence of methyl or ethyl orthoformates.
