Abstract: An automative alarm system is set forth wherein an ignition cutoff and audible alarm is sounded after a predetermined delay. The alarm apparatus includes a plurality of switches comprising a pressure foot treadle switch and an optional secondary switch with a third bypass switch positioned discretely within the automobile's interior for actuation of the apparatus. The third switch is formed as a cutoff switch positioned under the hood of an associated automobile or a like inaccessible place.
