  • Patent number: 9657812
Abstract: A planetary gearing which includes a predetermined number of planet gears and a planet gear carrier with two walls on which the planet gears are mounted, supported by supporting pins defining a respective axis and the ends of which are fixed to a respective wall of the planet gear carrier, wherein each supporting pin is provided with, at an end thereof, an annular groove obtained in the thickness thereof, and wherein the groove has an extension along the axis lower than the extension of the meshing band of the planet gear along the axis. A ring may be provided partly inserted in the groove and having a profile equal to that of the portion of groove in which it is inserted. Such a ring acts as a mechanical stop for the yielding part of the pin which yields, under a predetermined load, up to a contact with the ring.

    Inventors: Enzo Cognigni, Pietro Depietri
  • Patent number: 5953964
Abstract: An angular reducer with two or three reduction stages, wherein the casing is designed to selectively house two or three reduction stages, while maintaining unchanged, when switching from two to three stages or vice versa, the mutual positions of the axis of the drive shaft and the axis of the driven shaft; and wherein the casing has a number of inner supports for supporting the two alternative gear trains.

  • Patent number: 5875690
Abstract: A multistage angular reducer includes a casing, a drive shaft, a driven shaft connected to a user element, and a number of reduction stages housed inside the casing between the drive shaft and the driven shaft. At least one stage is defined by a pair of gears including a bevel pinion and a bevel ring gear. The casing may selectively house two or three reduction stages, while maintaining unchanged, when switching from two to three stages or vice versa, the mutual positions of the axis of the drive shaft and the axis of the driven shaft.
