  • Publication number: 20250048079
Abstract: A method includes identifying a first group of user objects that are absent from a first user path comprising a first edge and a first subsequent node. The first subsequent node including a condition block indicating whether a respective user object advances within the first user path from the first subsequent node along the first edge. The method includes locating active checkpoints within other user paths with each active checkpoint having a user object associated therewith. The method includes generating a second group of the user objects associated with the active checkpoints from the other user paths. The method includes performing, by a processing device, a negative match to identify a first user object from the first group and a second user object from the second group. The method includes preventing the first user object and the second user object from entering the first user path.

  • Patent number: 12108487
Abstract: Methods and systems for optimizing timing of sending communications to a user device are disclosed. The method includes identifying a first group of user objects having a first attribute. The method includes locating active checkpoints within a user path with each active checkpoint having a user object associated therewith. The method includes forming a second group of the user objects associated with the active checkpoints. The method includes removing, with a processing device, user objects from the first group and the second group that match a second attribute to form a third group with the remaining user objects form the first group and the second group. The method includes processing the active checkpoint for each user object of the third group in response to forming the third group.

  • Publication number: 20240256499
Abstract: A system and method of fetching renderable parts of content items in bulk. The method includes generating, by a processing device, a database schema to store an initial part of a conversation and a plurality of replies of the conversation, the initial part is sourced from a data source and the plurality of replies of the conversation is sourced from a plurality of other data sources. The method includes receiving, from a client device, a request to provide the conversation. The method includes fetching the database schema from a single data source. The method includes transmitting the database schema to the client device for displaying, in an application executing on the client device, the initial part of the conversation and the plurality of replies of the conversation.

  • Publication number: 20230085946
Abstract: A system and method for managing user interactions for a graphical user interface. The method includes executing an application to cause the application to present a canvas and a plurality of nodes together on a display. The method includes configuring a plurality of hooks to control communication associated with bespoke logic. The method includes detecting a request to perform a first type of action associated with at least the canvas or a node of the plurality of nodes. The method includes acquiring information from the bespoke logic via a first hook that is associated with the first type of action. The method includes determining whether to grant or deny the request to perform the first type of action based on the information. The method includes granting the request to perform the first type of action, or denying the request to perform the first type of action.

  • Publication number: 20230084404
Abstract: Methods and systems for optimizing timing of sending communications to a user device are disclosed. The method includes performing a first check for a completion of a task. The method includes sending a completion message responsive to the first check being true and performing a send check after an elapse of a predetermined amount of time responsive to the first check being false. The method includes sending the completion message responsive to the second check being true and sending an enticement message responsive to the second check being false. The method includes performing a third check responsive to the sending the enticement message and sending the completion message responsive to the third check being true.

  • Publication number: 20230083868
Abstract: A system and method for optimizing a channel for delivering a communication to a user device. The method includes determining, by a processing device, engagement of a user with a product. The method includes selecting, by the processing device, a communication channel to send a communication to a user device associated with the user based on the engagement of the user with the product. The method includes sending, by the processing device, the communication via an in-product channel to the user device when the user is engaged with the product or via an out-of-product channel to the user device when the user has not engaged with the product within a predetermined amount of time.

  • Patent number: 11568086
Abstract: A method and system includes identifying a user object at an initial node of a first user path. The method includes identifying a user object at an initial node of a first user path. The method includes determining whether to perform a company prioritization for the user object at the initial node. The method includes determining that the user object is linked to multiple companies responsive to determining whether to perform a company prioritization. The method includes selecting, by a processing device, a first company of the multiple companies instead of a second company of the multiple companies to prevent a duplicate message associated with the second company from being transmitted to a user device associated with the user object.

  • Patent number: 11403426
Abstract: A method and system includes identifying a user object at an initial node of a first user path. The method includes determining whether the first user path requires company prioritization responsive to identifying the user object at the initial node. The method includes determining whether the user object is linked to multiple companies responsive to determining that the first user path requires company prioritization. The method includes locking, by a processing device, a first company of the multiple companies to the user object in the first user path responsive to determining that the user object is linked to the multiple companies. The method includes verifying a data match for the first company of the user object at the initial node responsive to locking the first company to the user object. The method includes advancing the user object to a subsequent node of the first user path.
