Abstract: Disclosed is a mobility service platform including: a public transportation inquiry server for collecting traveling information for a public transportation; and a mobility service server for providing a mobility service for transporting a user via a rideshare vehicle traveling on a route based on a request from the user, and for providing a transfer service between the rideshare vehicle and the public transportation. The mobility service server may receive a starting location and a destination from a user terminal for providing the mobility service, receive the traveling information from the public transportation inquiry server, generate, based on the starting location, the destination, and the traveling information, at least one recommended route among a plurality of routes that are traveled by a combination of the rideshare vehicle and the public transportation, and reserve the mobility service based on the at least one recommended route.

Abstract: A mobility service apparatus receives a call for vehicle assignment from a user device, determines a vehicle to be assigned to the user device, determines a surcharge rate to be applied to a fare based on an estimated waiting time of the call from the user device when a predetermined condition is satisfied, and transmits an assignment acceptance request, including information related to the surcharge rate, to the user device.

Abstract: Provided is a user command processing method and system to provide and adjust an operation of a device by analyzing a presentation of a user speech. The user command processing method includes managing at least one pre-defined operation to be performed according to a user command, a plurality of options being preset in relation to each of the at least one pre-defined operation, receiving a user command at least including a voice input received from a user, selecting an operation corresponding to a keyword extracted from the voice input, determining at least one option corresponding to the extracted keyword among a plurality of options preset in relation to the selected operation, according to a presentation of the voice input, and performing the selected operation in association with the determined at least one option.

Abstract: Provided is a technique for providing information corresponding to a voice request. A method by which an electronic device including a voice-based interface provides information, comprises the steps of: managing information on a plurality of media including a main medium, which corresponds to a voice-based interface, and a sub-medium, which is included by other electronic devices linked with the electronic device and enabling a visual output; receiving a voice request from a user through the voice-based interface; acquiring response information corresponding to the voice request; determining at least one medium for outputting the response information among the plurality of media on the basis of at least one of the voice request and/or the response information; and transferring the response information to at least one determined medium such that the response information is outputted through at least one determined medium.
