    Abstract: A solder extractor apparatus is configured as a self-contained bench unit ving a pump motor to provide an instantaneous source of pressure or vacuum available to the operator from a common port on the apparatus, the pump being started by the operator when he lifts the solder extractor iron from its support holder, and thereafter, the use of the pressure or vacuum being controlled by a foot operated switch so as to be available at the appropriate time in the solder extraction process.

  • Exhaust cooling system

    Abstract: An air intake pressure unit is attached to the exhaust section of a jet ene. The unit comprises several passages which extend out beyond the end of the jet engine and through which passages engine exhaust and cooling air is passed so that cooling air passes over and mingles with exhaust gases from the engine. Construction is such that the lower static pressure formed by the exhaust gases assists in drawing in the cooling air.

    Abstract: A conventional drill press is provided with an eyeletting attachment to ele connector-type eyelets to be mounted in an electronic circuit board. The eyeletting attachment includes a pair of readily attachable tool holders; a movable upper holder attachable to the drill press quill, and a fixed lower tool holder attachable to the drill press stand, between which the workpiece is positioned and worked.
