The system includes a profiler to generate a targeted subset of users for at least one selected resource according to at least one of: a pre-defined goal and usage statistics of the resource with respect to the goal; an addresser to request from the subset of users information regarding the goal and a collector to collect and analyze the information and to update attributes of the resource according to the information.

Abstract: A system for classifying data includes an access monitor, a compliance processor and a classifier. The access monitor monitors access to files in a documentation system. The compliance processor categorizes the files according to pre-determined rules wherein the rules are based on at least one of: access to the files and at least one file property of the files. The classifier classifies the files according to the results of the compliance processor.

Abstract: A method for multiple sub-systems meta Security Policy (MSSMSP) including business process policies for a business organization having a meta policy server, Business-Asset-Monitors (BAM's) and security sub-systems, wherein the security sub-systems are supported by Policy Connectors and wherein the BAM's are software agents on each business asset that are responsible to monitor the organizational users' activities and report that information to the meta policy server. The method includes defining by a Chief-Security-Officer (CSO) of the organizational business assets, wherein the business assets are supported by the BAM's.
