The drape adaptor comprises a sealing member configured for passing therethrough at least a portion of at least one component of a sterile portion of the driving mechanism. The drape adaptor is configured to enable transmission of torque from the first component of the medical device to the medical tool via direct engagement between the at least one component of the sterile portion of the driving mechanism and the non-sterile portion of the driving mechanism, through the sealing member, without compromising the sterility of the environment external to the drape adaptor.

Abstract: A pouring spout for a liquid container, the pouring spout including a pliable plastic sheet defining one side of the pouring spout and freely movable towards and away from an opposite side of the pouring spout to close and open the pouring spout for dispensing liquid therethrough. The pliable plastic sheet is dimensioned such that when liquid is not being dispensed from the pouring spout, the pliable plastic sheet moves towards and into contact with the opposite surface and adheres thereto by surface tension to produce a self-sealing action with respect to the pouring spout.
