    Abstract: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for data transfer with energy harvesting (EH). EH may offer zero-energy consumption data communication. EH may impose intermittent connection drops due to battery shortage. If a certain condition is met (e.g., battery shortage), the RRC state or DRX/DTX configuration may be switched and data transfer operation may be suspended. EH may be performed to charge the battery/capacitor of the WTRU in the changed RRC state (e.g., new RRC state) or in a changed DRX/DTX operation (e.g., new DRX/DTX operation). If the state is transitioned or the DRX/DTX configuration is changed, protocol times (e.g., via all protocol timers) may be suspended and the user data maintained so that the transmitter and the receiver entities may resume data communication without any data loss or with very small loss of data.

The WTRU may transmit data in a physical shared channel transmission using the determined one or more physical shared channel frequency resources during the determined time period. Further, the WTRU may determine a time location for reception of hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) information associated with the transmitted data, and the determination of the time location may be based on the subset of the set of physical channel frequency resources. The WTRU may receive the HARQ-ACK information during the determined time location.

Based on information associated with changing from a previous flight path to an updated flight path, the WTRU may detect that a previous flight path is required to be updated with an updated flight path. The WTRU may transmit an indication that the updated flight path is available. The WTRU may receive a request for and subsequently transmit partial or delta updated flight path information.
