    Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive a downlink transmission and send a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission in each resource block (RB) of an interlace of a plurality of RBs in an active bandwidth part (BWP). A base sequence is mapped to the PUCCH transmission repetitively, once to each RB of the plurality of RBs of the interlace, using a different cyclic shift of the base sequence for each RB. Each different cyclic shift of the base sequence in the PUCCH transmission to each RB is a function of a RB index of the respective RB. The PUCCH transmission indicates either an acknowledgement (ACK) or a negative ACK (NACK) of the received downlink transmission.

An indicator received in the communication and detected by the monitoring may indicate where the second traffic type is located in the communication. The first traffic type and the second traffic type may be multiplexed at a resource element (RE) level. For example, a first traffic type may be punctured by a second traffic type at the RE level. The device may decode one or more of the first or second traffic types in the communication based on the indication.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus for wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) power control are described. A method includes receiving a time domain resource allocation (TDRA) list configuration including entries, each including a resource allocation that includes a slot offset value. L1 signaling is received indicating a minimum slot offset value. Downlink control information (DCI) is decoded on a physical downlink control channel in a slot. An index is obtained from the decoded DCI, identifying an entry in the TDRA list. A particular slot offset value identified by the index is retrieved from the TDRA list and compared with the minimum slot offset value. If the particular slot offset value is less than the minimum slot offset value, the entry is invalid. If the particular slot offset value is greater than or equal to the minimum slot offset value, a physical downlink shared channel is received.

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive control information including a number of scheduled resource blocks (RBs) then determine a PT-RS density based on the number of scheduled RBs. The WTRU may determine a RB offset value for the WTRU based on a WTRU-ID modulo the maximum RB offset value, where the maximum value for the RB offset value may be based on at least one of the number of the scheduled RBs and the PT-RS density. The WTRU may then transmit or receive a signal with PT-RS based on the RB offset value.

Each of the plurality of PUCCH resources is associated with at least one PUCCH format and a respective number of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) symbols. The base station transmits a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) transmission indicating to transmit the UCI. The base station receives a PUCCH transmission that includes the UCI, using one of the PUCCH resources and an associated PUCCH format. The UCI includes a number of HARQ bits that satisfies one of the indicated thresholds, and the PUCCH transmission includes a number of OFDM symbols corresponding to the PUCCH format.

The PSS and SSS may use a first numerology. Further, the first numerology may have a first subcarrier spacing, while other resources of the cell at a same time as the PSS or the SSS use a second numerology with a different subcarrier spacing than the first numerology. In addition, the WTRU may synchronize to a timing of the cell based on the PSS and SSS. Also, the WTRU may receive a second signal in the cell, and the second signal may use the second numerology. Moreover, the WTRU may transmit user data. In a further example, the WTRU may search a frequency raster for the PSS and the SSS.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for addressing power savings signals in wireless communication. A wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may monitor for an energy saving signal (ESS) while the WTRU is asleep (e.g., prior to a discontinuous reception (DRX) ON duration that includes one or more search spaces). The WTRU may measure the energy of the ESS. If the ESS is below a threshold, the WTRU fallback to a default operation or continue in a current operating mode (e.g., remain asleep to save power). If the ESS is above a threshold, the ESS may be received using a coverage enhancement (CE) level based on a parameter associated with a search space. The parameter may be the highest aggregation level of the one or more search spaces.
