Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lithium iron phosphate, a preparation method thereof, and an application thereof. The preparation method includes: dispersing a lithium source by using an emulsifier, then adding a first initiator, and carrying out a first polymerization reaction to obtain an intermediate product A; adding a mixed solution of methyl methacrylate, a crosslinking agent and a second initiator to the intermediate product A, and carrying out a second polymerization reaction to obtain an intermediate product B; mixing the intermediate product B, an oxidant, an iron source and a phosphorus source, and carrying out a third reaction to obtain an intermediate product C; and dispersing the intermediate product C by using a glucose solution, and carrying out drying and calcining to obtain the lithium iron phosphate. The lithium iron phosphate has evenly distributed elements, and has good charge and discharge properties.
