Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system and methods to mitigate poisoning attacks within machine learning systems. The invention includes an improved data analysis approach to train an ensemble of machine learning models to analyze received data and label the data in a non-binary fashion to indicate likelihood that certain data has been injected abnormally and should not be used for training purposes. The resulting dataset from the ensemble is assessed to determine convergence of model labeling and to detect outlier data labeling among models in the ensemble. Confidence scores for clustered interaction data may be performed on varied sets of training data populations and using a number of models. Output from the various training/model mixes are fed to a machine learning model to compare ensemble accuracy between different model sets and select the most accurate ensemble combination.

Abstract: A system for adversarial targeting detection and prevention is provided the system generally comprising deploying a population of machine learning models configured to monitor interaction data between one or more users and one or more external entities, receive profile data for the one or more users and store the profile data in a historical database, monitor the interaction data between the one or more users and the one or more external entities via the deployed machine learning modules, store the interaction data transmitted between the one or more users and the one or more external entities, analyze the interaction data and the profile data to identify a pattern of treatment by the one or more external entities, identify an adversarial targeting scheme based on the pattern of treatment, and alter user profile characteristics for the one or more users in response to the identified adversarial targeting scheme.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system and methods to prevent poisoning attacks in machine learning systems in real time. The invention includes methods for blocking the injection of abnormal data into training data sets used to train machine learning models for the identification of malfeasant activity by blocking certain data from entering the machine learning training dataset in real time, blocking certain interactions from being completed in real time, or placing holds on certain resources or users according to patterns detected by the ensemble of machine learning models. Various thresholds may be set manually or identified through the machine learning algorithm in order to determine which interactions or users should be blocked.

Abstract: A system for adversarial targeting mitigation is provided, the system generally comprising identifying, using an artificial intelligence and machine learning model engine, a user targeting pattern employed by an entity based on interaction data between the entity and one or more users, based on the identified pattern of targeting, training the machine learning model to identify specific user profile data correlated with specific responses from the entity, identifying, using the machine learning model, a subset of one or more favorable responses from the specific responses, and triggering the one or more favorable responses by altering the user profile data for the one or more users prior to interaction with the specific entity.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for security analysis and authentication. The system can analyze, using a deep neural network machine learning system, historical one time password (“OTP”) information, historical information, historical malfeasance information, and historical information for a plurality of users to determine available OTPs. When an authentication request is received, one of the available OTPs is randomly or variedly selected and the user is prompted to provide information along with a response for the OTP. The received information is analyzed against the historical information and an OTP signature is generated for the user. This OTP signature is used to determine whether the user is authenticated for one or more authentication elements.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for security analysis and authentication. The system can generate a one time password (OTP) signature for a user using a neural network machine learning system. This OTP signature can be analyzed by multiple applications that each utilize different certain authentication verification matching requirements, such that security concerns and strengths of varied downstream applications are taken into account on an individual application basis. Each application determines an authentication value for the user based on the OTP signature, and access or other permissions are granted in response to the authentication value meeting or exceeding a threshold value for that application.
