  • Publication number: 20240352538
Abstract: A method of analyzing nucleosomes is provided. The method comprising: (a) isolating a plurality of nucleosome molecules from a biological sample; (b) enzymatically linking adenine nucleotides to free DNA ends of the plurality of nucleosome molecules, wherein at least a portion of the adenine nucleotides comprises a label, such that the plurality of nucleosome molecules become attached to a labeled poly(A) tail; (c) hybridizing the plurality of nucleosome molecules attached to the labeled poly(A) tail to a solid support coated with poly(T); and (d) imaging the solid support, whereby the plurality of nucleosome molecules are visualized.

  • Patent number: 5715474
Abstract: A data communication method provides management and control functions to allow access to a shared radio frequency communication device by multiple concurrently executing software applications. A predetermined set of commands common to all of the software applications enable a consistent, high-level software interface to the communication device. A single computer program controls the communication device and permits simultaneous independent interface to each of the software applications.

  • Patent number: 5406643
Abstract: In a data communication system (100), a method is provided to distinguish between and select from multiple communication paths (4,6,and 8)to a designated end point (10). The communications path selection is done locally, on a portable subscriber unit (2). The communications path is transparent to requesting software application (30). The method manages a plurality of communications devices (42,44) using existing communications infrastructure.

  • Patent number: 5327558
Abstract: In a general-purpose subscriber unit a data communication method provides management and control functions to allow communication between one of a plurality of software applications and a selected communication device, such as a radio frequency modem. Messages received by the modem may be routed and stored for designated ones of said applications, even if they are not currently active. Likewise, an application operating in background mode may generate messages which are stored, routed, and transmitted through the modem.
