Abstract: Disclosed are a computer implemented method and system for determining a likelihood of a prospective client to engage in a real estate transaction, by obtaining and/or retrieving one or more characteristics of the prospective client; extracting data regarding a digital interaction behavior of the prospective client; deriving from the retrieved/extracted data one or more digital interaction features of the prospective client directly or indirectly associated with real estate, applying a machine learning algorithm on the derived one or more digital interaction features and on the prospective client's characteristics to determine a probability, a range of probabilities or a category of likelihood of the prospective client to engage in the real-estate transaction.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus and articles of manufacture for automated discovery of knowledge-based authentication components are provided herein. A method includes analyzing entity-related information to identify one or more individuals within the entity for exclusion from one or more authentication requirements in connection with one or more operations associated with the entity, wherein said analyzing is based on one or more pre-defined parameters, and querying an agent of the entity to approve each of the one or more individuals identified within the entity for exclusion from the one or more authentication requirements.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus and articles of manufacture for providing an automatic electronic fraud network data quality feedback loop are provided herein. A method includes evaluating an item of input data provided by a given source, wherein the item of input data comprises a fraud-related status identifier provided by the given source, and wherein said evaluating comprises determining a level of accuracy associated with the fraud-related status identifier; outputting the determined level of accuracy associated with the fraud-related status identifier to the given source; and updating a trust measure associated with the given source based on the determined level of accuracy associated with the fraud-related status identifier provided by the given source.

Abstract: An improved technique involves converting facts from multiple fact sources to a common data format. Along these lines, for each fact source having a source-specific format, a KBA system provides an adaptor that converts incoming facts in the source-specific format to the common data format prior to generating questions. The KBA system stores the facts in the common format in a database for subsequent access. In response to an authorization request, the KBA system then builds questions based on the facts from multiple sources in the common data format stored in the database.
