Abstract: A speech recognition method comprises an input speech data acquisition step of acquiring input speech data; a determination step of determining whether a running time of the input speech data is longer than a threshold; and an identification step of identifying, through comparison between registered speech data of a speech of registrants registered in advance and the input speech data or processed input speech data generated by processing the input speech data, a speech of a registrant, among the registrants registered in advance, corresponding to the input speech data, wherein when the running time of the input speech data is determined to be shorter than the threshold in the determination step, processing is executed to improve identification in the identification step.

Abstract: A speech recognition method includes: an input speech data acquisition step of acquiring input speech data; an adjustment step of adjusting a first threshold based on a predetermined condition; and an identification step of comparing the input speech data or processed input speech data generated by processing the input speech data with registered speech data of speech of registrants registered in advance to calculate similarities for the respective registrants, and identifying which of the registrants registered in advance has made a speech corresponding to the input speech data or the processed input speech data based on the similarities, wherein the identification step includes registering the speaker of the input speech data or the processed input speech data as a new speaker when a largest value of the similarities calculated for the respective registrants is determined to be lower than the first threshold.

Abstract: A speech recognition method of the disclosure includes a speech data accumulation step of acquiring speech data and accumulating the acquired speech data as accumulated speech data, an utterance determination step of determining whether there is an utterance for the acquired speech data or not, a decision step of deciding whether to end the accumulation of the speech data or continue the accumulation of the speech data based on a result of the determination as to whether there is an utterance or not that is determined in the utterance determination step, and an accumulation time of the accumulated speech data, and a speech recognition step of performing speech recognition based on the accumulated speech data in a case where the accumulation of the speech data has ended and the accumulated speech data exists.
