  • Publication number: 20230090654
Abstract: Provided herein are pharmaceutical compositions (e.g., formulations) that can provide for the long-term stability of AAV vectors. Also provided herein are methods of making and using the pharmaceutical compositions. The pharmaceutical compositions provided by the present disclosure generally comprise an AAV, histidine, a stabilizing agent, a salt, and a surfactant.
    Type: Application
    Filed: August 24, 2022

  • Patent number: 5151019
Abstract: A pumping device controlling an amount of liquid passing through a length of tubing accommodated in the pumping device. The pumping device includes inlet and outlet valves located adjacent opposed sides of a tube deforming device. The valves are controllable for restricting the flow of liquid through the tubing, and the deforming device is such that the tubing is first deformed in one direction and then in another direction which tends to restore the original cross-sectional shape of the tubing.

  • Patent number: 4788494
Abstract: Apparatus for measuring the mean value of instantaneous power supplied to an electrical device computes the product of two voltage signals each proportional to the instantaneous voltage and current respectively. A self-biasing current source generates a DC signal current proportional to the magnitude of one voltage signal with a mean value equal to one-half the peak-to-peak magnitude of the voltage signal. A log-antilog multiplier circuit computes the product of the DC current signal and the other input voltage signal. A current mirror connected to the multiplier cancels DC offset currents to improve accuracy of the apparatus.

  • Patent number: 4277753
Abstract: A phase-sensitive detector has its reference signal modified in a manner to ensure that the output of the rectifier is substantially insensitive to harmonic frequencies of the reference signal. To achieve this the reference signal is used to generate a low-distortion sinusoidal control signal of the same frequency as the reference signal. The control signal controls a switching signal generator to generate a switching signal for repetitively switching the signal being rectified. The switching signal has spaces of interval T1 and marks of interval T2 given byT1=To/(1+kVp)T2=To/(1-kVp)where Vp is the mean value of the control signal during the relevant interval and To and k are constants chosen so that the output of the rectifier is substantially insensitive to harmonic frequencies of the reference signal.
