Abstract: A custom cannabis extract dispenser for dispensing a cannabis extract into a container is provided. The custom cannabis extract dispenser includes several reservoirs for containing the various ingredients that will make up the final extract. The ingredients include purified cannabinoids, namely THC, CBD, minor cannabinoids, and various flavorants. A fluid management system in communication with a computer controller enables a user to select the amounts of the various ingredients desired in a custom cannabis extract.

Abstract: A packaging system and methods for the preservation of volatile chemicals in a product containing volatile chemicals is disclosed. The packaging system generally has one compartment adapted for the storage of the volatiles containing product in communication with a second compartment which contains a source of volatile chemicals such that the volatile chemicals disperse into the first compartment. The make up of the volatile chemicals in the second compartment are selected either to match the naturally occurring volatile chemicals in the product to be packaged or to complement the naturally occurring volatile chemicals in the product to be packaged. In this way, the naturally occurring volatiles content of the product can be preserved or odors and flavors that do not naturally occur within the product can be added. In some case, the product to be packaged is cannabis.

Abstract: A non tobacco, cannabis based moist snuff composition is provided. The composition includes an herbal component primarily made up of cannabis leaves and/or stems and a casing component. Methods for producing a nontobacco cannabis based moist snuff composition are also provided. The method includes the steps of separating the leaves and stems from the cannabis plant, drying and curing them and mixing them with a casing component.

Abstract: The present invention provides aqueous formulations containing at least one cannabinoid, such as, for example, tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), cannabidiol (CBD), and a sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin. The liquid formulations are substantially clear, sterilizable, and chemically and physically stable. The liquid formulations do not precipitate upon dilution with distilled water or other pharmaceutically acceptable liquid carrier. The sulfoalkyl ether cyclodextrin-containing formulation provides significant advantages over other cyclodextrin-containing formulations of cannabiniods. The formulation can be prepared in acidic, neutral and slightly basic medium while providing acceptable concentrations of at least one cannabinoid suitable for administration. An SAE-CD-containing formulation of at least one cannabinoid can be provided in liquid form or as a reconstitutable solid. Solutions can be made either dilatable or non-dilutable with water at room temperature or under conditions typically encountered in the clinic.

The formulations include a plurality of odorants and flavorants designed to mimic the unique odor and flavor profile of whole plant cannabis extracts. The odorants and flavorants may include the terpenes and terpinoids.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the use of cannabis and cannabinoids, particularly cannabidiol (CBD) and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) or derivatives thereof in the manufacture of a medicament for the treatment of symptoms associated with antidepressant cessation. Preferably the ratio of the CBD type compounds to the THC type compounds is between about 20:1 and 1:20. More preferably the CBD and THC type compounds or derivatives thereof are in the form of plant extracts.
