    Abstract: A ring cutter having a metal ring constructed to be mounted on the finger of a user. A cutting blade is connected to the metal ring. The inner surface of the metal ring is covered by a plastic coating to reduce friction on and prevent irritation of a user's finger during extended periods of use. The plastic coating may be molded on the metal ring to cover the inner and outer surfaces thereof.
