Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods of producing glyco-modified viral antigens that provide a shift of the glycosylation profile of recombinant produced viral antigens (e.g. glycoproteins) towards the naturally occurring viral antigens (e.g. glycoproteins). Disclosed are methods of producing a modified viral antigen comprising expressing a viral antigen in a recombinant mammalian cell line having one or more of the endogenous genes Mgat2, Mgat4A, Mgat4B, Mgat5, St3Gal3, St3Gal4, B4galt1, B4galt2, B4galt3, B4galt4, B4galt5, B3gnt2, St3Gal6, SPPL3, and/or FUT8 inactivated and/or downregulated; and optionally a gene ST6Gall inserted. Disclosed are glyco-modified viral antigens produced by the method of using a recombinant mammalian cell line. Disclosed are methods of treating a subject in need thereof comprising administering a composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of one or more of the glyco-modified viral antigens.

Abstract: An organizing apparatus comprising a body, a wrap member and a wrap coupling member. The body defines a cavity with a plurality of object receiving openings. The body is positionable between a closed configuration and an open configuration. In a closed configuration, transverse access to the cavity is substantially precluded. In an open configuration, transverse access to the cavity is permitted. The wrap member is coupled to the body. The wrap coupling member is associated with the body and spaced apart from the wrap member.

Abstract: A storage console, comprising mix and match storage modules adapted to be arranged in a variety of positions on a supporting framework. The modules include end or terminal bins, lateral bins, medial bins, wall panels, and cargo nets among others. The framework of the console includes a base tray supporting a plurality of upright members, each having grooves of predetermined cross-section enabling a user to fix the desired modules. Each module is adapted to provide flexibility and cooperate with different storage compartments. Wall panels may be attached to the framework to facilitate secure and private storage. In addition, provision can also be made for connecting different powered accessories such as lighting, audio, video, and the like. In addition the base of the center floor console along with said accessories may with the twist of a latch, be removed from the vehicle entirely.
