The sealing flange can define an opening such that the interior of the body is accessible via the opening. A peripheral edge of the opening can be configured to seal around a shaft of a penis of a user disposed through the opening. The urine collecting assembly can also include an outlet in fluidic communication with the reservoir. The urine collecting assembly can be arranged such that a fluid can flow into the body from the urethral opening of the user's penis, collect in the reservoir, and flow out of the outlet.
