  • Patent number: 9713821
Abstract: A coating device provided for connection to a discharge pipe of a coating container, includes a guide base and a cover. The cover is pivoted to the connecting end of the guide base, so that the cover can cover the guide section of the guide base to close the coating device, and can also be pivoted with respect to the guide base to open the coating device, which makes it convenient for the user to take out the residue of coating material from the guide space, so that the coating device can be used repeatedly. Furthermore, the coating material is guided by the guide ribs and the cover ribs to flow evenly to each of the discharge holes, which ensures even distribution of the coating material from the coating device.

  • Patent number: 9715383
Abstract: Processing of character data is facilitated. A Find Element Equal instruction is provided that compares data of multiple vectors for equality and provides an indication of equality, if equality exists. An index associated with the equal element is stored in a target vector register. Further, the same instruction, the Find Element Equal instruction, also searches a selected vector for null elements, also referred to as zero elements. A result of the instruction is dependent on whether the null search is provided, or just the compare.

  • Patent number: 9716022
Abstract: A method of determining thermal stability of an upper surface of a substrate support assembly comprises recording time resolved pre-process temperature data of the substrate before performing a plasma processing process while powering an array of thermal control elements to achieve a desired spatial and temporal temperature of the upper surface. A substrate is processed while powering the array of thermal control elements to achieve a desired spatial and temporal temperature of the upper surface of the assembly, and time resolved post-process temperature data of the assembly is recorded after processing the substrate. The post-process temperature data is recorded while powering the thermal control elements to achieve a desired spatial and temporal temperature of the upper surface. The post-process temperature data is compared to the pre-process temperature data to determine whether the data is within a desired tolerance range.

  • Patent number: 9715866
Abstract: A method for displaying data in a graphical overlay. The method includes overlaying a first lens, including a first dataset, on a first region of the graphical overlay while a second lens, including a second dataset, overlaps the first lens. The first and second datasets are simultaneously displayed, and a correlation between the datasets is determined. Separation of the first and second lenses preserves a circumscribed region within each lens. The first dataset corresponds to first orientation position of the first lens. Rotation of the first lens to a second orientation position reconfigures the first dataset to provide a modified first dataset which corresponds to the second position. A rotational position may also be associated with points in time, a first position corresponding to a first point in time and the first dataset representing the first dataset at the first point in time.

  • Patent number: 9716878
Abstract: A volumetric display system includes a volumetric display stage, a plurality of acoustical actuators, and a control system. A plurality of voxel particles are re-arrangeable within the volumetric display stage via acoustic pressure waves to assume controllable positions in three-dimensional (“3D”) space to collectively assume a unified 3D shape. The plurality of acoustical actuators are disposed about the volumetric display stage to emit the acoustic pressure waves and establish a 3D sound field pattern within the volumetric display stage for physically manipulating the voxel particles. A control system is coupled to the acoustical actuators to manipulate the 3D sound field pattern. The control system includes a volumetric image module configured to receive 3D image data describing the unified 3D shape and compute the 3D sound field pattern for arranging the voxel particles into the unified 3D shape.
